Death of James Andrew Larch

James Andrew Larch, 93, of Charleston, passed away Saturday, Nov. 21, 2015.

Mr. Larch was a World War II veteran of the U.S. Army, 10th Mountain Division, attaining the rank of master sergeant. He served in Italy and earned a Purple Heart and Bronze Star. He retired from Consolidated Gas Supply Corporation, where he was an engine compression specialist. Continue reading →

Death of Charles Gabehart

Charles Gabehart of Hamlin, born Jan. 11, 1933, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 28, 2015 at the age of 82 years, nine months and 16 days, went home to be with the Lord and a host of family and friends that predeceased him, including his parents, Rev. Ova Shelby and Sarah Elizabeth Gabehart, five brothers and sisters, and his wife of 50 years, Lola Gabehart. Continue reading →
