15th Masonic District Golf Outing

Chris Baun

Brethren, This is just a reminder to register as early as possible. This outing is open to all Masons, their family, and friends. Please pass this information to those who may not be on my email list.

The Sixth Annual 15th Masonic District Golf Outing will be held at Locust Hill Golf Course, 278 St. Andrews Drive, Charles Town, West Virginia on Saturday, September 13th, beginning with a shotgun start at 2:00 P.M. followed by a picnic at the course pavilion at approximately 6:30 o’clock. We will again be using a scramble format to enable all to participate.  Each team must have at least two Master Masons. Please contact Chris Baun if you want to field a team with only one Master Mason. The cost will be $60 per golfer and includes golf, cart, range balls, picnic/buffet, and prizes. If you would like to play but do not have a team, please let me know as early as possible and we will see if we can place you with a team. You are permitted to bring your own soft drinks and water. A beverage cart will be on the course. Visit www.locusthillgolf.com for a virtual tour of the course. As was the case last year, family members and brethren who do not wish to play golf are encouraged to attend the picnic/buffet. For those attending the picnic only, the cost will be $12.00 per person.  Please fill out the enclosed form and return to me with payment no later than September 8th.  Also, I must know how many additional persons will be attending the picnic/buffet by that date. I will try to accommodate any last minute participants. Any lodge or individual who wishes to donate a door prize will be welcome to do so. I believe those who attended the previous tournaments have thoroughly enjoyed themselves. I hope that you will join us for a great day of fun, food, and fellowship.
