Death of Lewis Calep “L.C.” Pack

Lewis Calep “L.C.” Pack, 77 of Wayne, WV passed away Sunday, March 24, 2013 at his residence. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 am Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at Morris Funeral Home Chapel by Pastor Fred Ferguson, Carl Ray Queen and Elder Tony Clay. Burial will follow at Greasy Ridge Cemetery, Dunlow, WV. He was born April 8, 1935 in Logan, WV, a son of the late Tracy and Anna Bell Adkins Pack. “L.C.” was a member of the Wayne Baptist Church and the Wayne Masonic Lodge AF&AM where he served as Past District Deputy Grand Master, Past High Priest of Wayne Chapter Royal Arch Masons, Past District Deputy of Grand High Priests, a member of Anointed High Priest, a 32nd Degree Scottish Rite and was a member of the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels. He was also a U.S. Army Veteran. Survivors include his loving wife of nearly 50 years, Sharrie Maynard Pack; a daughter, Katrina Ann Pack Adkins of Wayne, WV; a son, Erik Pack and wife, Erin of Wayne, WV; three sisters, Myrtle Fay Flint and husband, William, Dorkis Marshall and husband, Gene, Chloe Malta Javins all of Wayne, WV; a brother, Delbert Pack and wife, Wanda; three grandchildren, Kelsea Juliayn Adkins, Erik Calep Pack, Simion Townes Pack; a special sister-in-law, Erie Milam; two special nephews, Justin Ruggles and Vince Pack and a host of other nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors of Craig Road. Friends may call from 6 to 8 pm Tuesday at Morris Funeral Home, Wayne, WV. The family would like to thank his caregiver, Diane Adams for the love and care provided during his illness.
