Biography
Robert H. “Bill” Dulaney age 79 of Waynesburg, died Tuesday, August 3, 2010 at Southwest Regional Medical Center at Waynesburg.

He was born February 5, 1931 at Waynesburg, a son of the late Harold and Georgia Rogers Dulaney Fox.

He was a graduate of Waynesburg High School.

On December 20, 1961 he married Thressa Woodring Dulaney who survives.

Mr. Dulaney was a retired Millwright. He owed and operated Independent Tooling at Waynesburg and West Waynesburg Packing.

He served in the U. S. Army during the Korean War.

He was a lifetime resident of the Waynesburg area where he was a member of the Washington Street United Methodist Church.

He was a Past Master of Waynesburg Lodge No. 153 Free and Accepted Masons and a member of the Uniontown Lodge of Perfection.

Surviving in addition to his wife are two daughters, Cathy A. Dulaney and Kelly A. Dulaney both of Waynesburg; one brother, John O. “Jack” Dulaney (Aliff) of Waynesburg; two half-brothers, Charles F. Fox of Willowby, OH, and Edward R. Fox of Mt. Morris; a half-sister, Peggy McIe (Norman) of Bobtown; and a nephew, Mike Dulaney (Helene) of Waynesburg.

Deceased are a daughter, Deeva Jo Dulaney; and a sister, Frances Lucille Dulaney.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. on Thursday at Behm Funeral Homes Inc., 182 West High St., Waynesburg where services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 6, 2010 with Rev. Donald Wilson officiating followed by interment at Hewitt Cemetery, Rices Landing. Waynesburg Lodge No 153 F.& A. M. will hold services at 7:00 p.m. Thursday evening at the funeral home.
