James Andrew Larch, 93, of Charleston, passed away Saturday, Nov. 21, 2015.
Mr. Larch was a World War II veteran of the U.S. Army, 10th Mountain Division, attaining the rank of master sergeant. He served in Italy and earned a Purple Heart and Bronze Star.
