Around the Temple – March 31, 2012

Greetings from the River Cities. Huntington Scottish Rite Bodies had a reunion 31 March. It was quite successful in more ways than one. We conferred the mandatory degrees on 15 candidates for one of the largest classes we’ve had in some time. Several of the degrees were conferred by teams with new degree masters and many new members in the cast. Congratulations to all concerned and to Director of Work Eric Weimer.

Father in Heaven,

As we experience this Lenten Season, it seems that there is so much hatred around the world and around our country. Yet Christ came with a message of love. Help us to find that love as we go about our lives and bless others as you have blessed us. Amen.

Do not seek to follow in the footsteps of the men of old; seek what they sought. – Matuo Basho
