Sir Knights:

You and your Lady are cordially invited to attend the 140th Annual Conclave of the Grand Commandery of Knights Templar of West Virginia, to be convened at the Huntington Masonic Temple, 1104 Third Avenue, Huntington, WV on May 15, 16, 17, 2014, hosted by Huntington Commandery No. 9 and Right Eminent Grand Commander Paul O. Davis.

The Pullman Plaza Hotel, 1001 Third Avenue, Huntington, WV will provide housing for the Conclave. A block or rooms has been reserved for Grand Commandery of Knights Templar. Reservations are to be made directly with Pullman Plaza Hotel at 304-525-1001. Room rates are $95 plus tax and included is a free, full breakfast each morning. Deadline for reservations is May 1, 2014. After the deadline, reservations will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis at the hotel’s prevailing rates based on availability.

The Thursday evening, May 15, 2014, program planned for the Sir Knights and Ladies includes a visit to Heritage Farm Museum and Village, 3300 Harvey Road, Huntington, WV. Local Sir Knights may drive to the site, but transportation vans will be provided for visiting Sir Knights.

Session Chairman Lady Shirley Davis invites all Ladies to attend the Grand Conclave and to participate in the many activities scheduled especially for them. Learn how to play “new” games, win some prizes, paint a masterpiece, meet new people and have FUN. Grand Officers Ladies shall wear their butterfly pin with Commandery emblem; other ladies may wear any butterfly pin. Dress is casual except for the Grand Banquet and Installation.
